Khu công nghiệp Bình Giang – Giai đoạn 1 đã nhận được phê duyệt chính sách đầu tư theo Quyết định số 2286/QĐ-UBND ngày 20 tháng 6 năm 2025 của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Hải Dương. Trước đó, quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500 của dự án đã được phê duyệt theo Quyết định số 1149/QĐ-UBND ngày 14 tháng 5 năm 2021.

I. Tổng quan về Khu công nghiệp Bình Giang

Với tổng vốn đầu tư 1.755 tỷ đồng, Khu công nghiệp Bình Giang có diện tích khoảng 147,9 ha. Theo tiến độ dự án: dự kiến ​​khởi công xây dựng quý 3 năm 2026, khu công nghiệp dự kiến ​​đi vào hoạt động quý 4 năm 2027, dự kiến ​​tạo ra khoảng 10.000 việc làm cho người lao động địa phương khi hoạt động.

II. Vị trí Khu công nghiệp Bình Giang

Khu công nghiệp Bình Giang sở hữu vị trí chiến lược, nằm cạnh trạm thu phí Bình Giang và Quốc lộ 5. Bên cạnh đó, dự án còn nằm gần đường cao tốc Hà Nội - Hải Phòng ở phía bắc, tạo điều kiện kết nối thuận tiện với quốc lộ 10, quốc lộ 5A, sân bay, cảng biển và các thành phố lớn như Hà Nội và Hải Phòng.

• Socialization projects: projects approved by the Prime Minister in sectors such as: Education and training, vocational training, healthcare, culture, sports, environmental protection are eligible for a 10% CIT rate throughout the project duration.

Import-Export tax incentives

• Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs)
• Machinery, equipment, specialized transport vehicles, and construction materials not yet produced domestically and imported for production lines
• Encouraged investment projects: Electronics, electrical products, and supporting component manufacturing projects (raw material import tax exemption for the first 5 years from commencement of production)
• Imported raw materials, spare parts, and materials used for export production
  Value Added Tax (VAT) incentives

VAT exemptions apply to:

• Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs)
• Imported machinery, equipment, and specialized vehicles not manufactured domestically and used in production lines

Overseas Profit Remittance Tax: Tax rate: 0%
